Change1: at Nippori and Take JR Yamanote Line to Tokyo.

Using Limousine Bus

Time: 55min.(normally) Charge: 2,900yen (to T-CAT)
note: 4-7 buses start per hour
Get off at Tokyo City Air Terminal (T-CAT/Nihombashi Hakozaki), which is aside to Suitengu-mae Station.
Take the Tokyo Metro Hanzomon Line at Suitengu-mae Station to Jinbocho Station.

Using Tokyo Monorail

Time: about 30min. Charge: 780yen (to Tokyo)
Get off at Hamamatsu-cho Terminal and take the JR Keihin Tohoku, Negishi Line (JR Rapid) to Tokyo Station.

Using Keihin Kyuko (KEIKYU) Line (Airport Express)

Time:50min. Charge:700yen
At Sengakuji Station, the train lead directly to Toei Asakusa Line.
Change at: Nihombashi Station and take the Tokyo Metro Tozai Line to Takebashi Station.

Using Limousine Bus

Time (to Tokyo): 40min.(normally) Charge (to Tokyo): 900yen
1-2 buses start per hour.
