On-site Registration

We will gladly accept your on-site registration. You can still register on-site at the reception desk. This desk is located at the venue entrance.

Registration Fee

Registrants are urged to register Until May 31st, 2007 to obtain the early-bird registration fee. The deadline for registration by website is June 24th, 2007. Any registration forms received by our office after this date will not be processed until you arrive at Pairing 2007.

General and Student registration

General and Student registration entitles you to:

  • Admission to all sessions
  • Welcome Reception on Monday, July 2nd
  • Banquet on Tuesday, July 3rd
  • Conference Materials

Payment

Payment must be made in Japanese yen and can be made in one of the following methods:

Confirmation

Upon receiving the registration form and confirming the payment, the Registration Office will send you a confirmation e-mail, bearing your registration number.  Please bring this confirmation with you and present it at the Registration Desk at the conference Site.

Financial Support

A financial support is available for both students and non-students who are unable to obtain sufficient funding. Preference will be given to those who are presenting papers at the conference.

Requests for the support should be addressed to our staff by stating your brief justification. The requests are due by May 31st, 2007.

Cancellation

A written notification of cancellation must be sent to the registration office. The following cancellation fee and bank handling charge will be deducted before refunding. All refunds will be made after the Conference.

When written notice of cancellation is received:

Until May 31st, 2007: Full refund (Necessary bank handling charges will be deducted.)


From June 1st: No refund.
